The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was set to 121 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. The dog leash needs to be removed from the side exit. Discussed the swing structures and slides can not be used during day care hours. The structures do not meet the required fall zones.
