The program fire drill log did not include documentation of drills after July 2024.
On the day of the visit Licensor observed an Educator changing diapers and noticed that the Educator failed to wash the diapering surface with soap and water. The Educator also failed to wash their hands between diaper changes. Another Educator was observed using hand sanitizer in place of proper handwashing with soap and water using friction.

The program did not have a current fire inspection posted on the day of the visit.
There was exposed land scarping fabric that could pose a tripping hazard for children. Licensor did not assess the depth of the much due to the fact that the ground was wet.

Review of the fire drill log revealed that no drills were conducted in March, July and August of 2022.

The program did not have a medication consent form, singed by the parent, for a child with a chronic health condition and IHCP.
On the day of the visit the program did not have emergency mediation on site for a child with an IHCP.
