Provider's daughter recently moved into home. BRC process must be completed through LEAD transaction for the HHM.
There were items on the stairway, the second exit from the basement, that needed to be removed.
There were essential oils within reach of the children in the back room. There was a plastic fenced play area put up in the fall zone of the slide. The sand around the climber and slide was hard packed.
