When licensor arrived, children were sleeping in an unlicensed room. The room's door was closed.
At the time of the visit, licensor observed a (5) months old infant sleeping on a bouncy seat with a blanket covering her face and in a closed room.

Educator has 5 mats and 2 pack n plays which is not enough napping materials for 8 children.
Emergency preparedness plan is missing the address of the location of where the educator will evacuate to with the children, in case of an emergency.
Safe Sleep
The educator did not have the enrollment form for the child that was in back up care. Some children's enrollment form are incomplete: parts of the general information are left blank, anticipated days and time of attendance are missing, and other parts are not completed. Some children are missing an updated medical record.
The children's emergency cards are expired.
A review of the evacuation drill log indicates that the educator did not complete fire drill for the month of October or November. Educator informed the licensor that she completed them but forgot to document them.
At the time of the visit, educator was observed using a room that is not licensed to nap childcare children. Educator stated that she intends to add that room to her license and that her coordinator informed her that she could use it.
Licensor observed constructions debris mixed up with trash in an unsafe and unsanitary manner on the outdoor are of the house.
