There is animal excrement on the floor of Playroom 2 which is accessible to children and is unsanitary. There are piles of boxes in Playroom 2 which are piled over the heads of the children and could be a falling hazard. There are: 4 plastic bags, a long electrical cord, a fire place, a folded treadmill, and the bottom of the stairs that lead to the first floor second exit are missing a gate in the Playroom 2. These items are accessible to children and could be hazardous.
2 children's emergency cards expired in 2019 and 1 child's emergency card expired in 2020. Educator is missing emergency posting in first aid kit.
