EEC Essentials Training completion
The educator is not caring for any children at this time. However, licensor requested to review the Evacuation Logs completed prior to her closure and she could only provide the licensor with the log for one year and it had no date on it.
The educator stated that she has not completed the EEC Essentials 2.0 training training.

Emergency preparedness plan is missing how educator will ensure that she has all of the children with her after an evacuation.
2 children's emergency cards are expired. Educator is missing a way to identify the children when she takes them off of the premises, with the program's name, address, and phone number on it.
Parent handbook is missing information about: EEC, assistants, capacity, emergency preparedness plan, lead for children and in the home, medication administration policy, safe sleep, child guidance, mandated reporting, children's records, progress reports, safe environment, right to visit the program, toothbrushing, program calendar, late fee policy, and cancellation of program services policy.
There are electrical cords and a surge protector which has 3 uncovered outlets next to the desk on the Playroom, there are 3 metal screw drivers in a drawer in the Kitchen, there are 2 rolls of plastic trash bags on the Kitchen table, and a broken cabinet door in Kitchen which are accessible to children and could be hazardous. The home was not clean; there was a toothbrush and tooth paste in the bathroom sink, there were dirty dishes piled in the Kitchen sink, the tables in the licensed space, the diaper changing pad, and the table in the kitchen were visibly dirty. The bathroom was missing toilet paper and paper towels.
The pack n play for the Toddler present is broken. 2 mats are torn and not impervious to water.
Educator does not have a curriculum.
