Staff meeting documentation
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
A review of the staff meeting log indicated that for 13 meetings, the duration was not documented and for 2 meetings, there was no evidence of meeting documentation.
A review of four staff records indicated that three did not have evidence of when their program orientation was completed.
It was observed that in CLASSROOM 1, the Dramatic Play market was not secured and tippable.
The following was observed in the indoor space: -nail holes and chipping plaster accessible to children on the far wall in the YOUNGER classroom.

The following were observed: stains on the indoor carpet.
The following were observed outside: A sharp metal edge on 1 window well, the program mulch was not sufficient around climbing equipment and one step is splintered.
The program did not document staff meetings every month.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
In the FRONT BATHROOM, in the unlocked sink cabinet, there were three bottles of cleaning solution with manufacturer instructions to "keep out of reach of children." These items were identified by the Site Coordinator to belong to the cleaning company and not the program.
