In the living room space, there were charging wire cords loose and not secured and liquid air fresheners accessible. In the bathroom there were lotions and SinuFlo rinse accessible on top of the sink.

There were two medications stored in the playroom space which were accessible to the children.

There were disinfecting wipes accessible on the floor in the bathroom. There was cleaning spray in the kitchen accessible to the children in the kitchen. A lighter and cork screw were accessible in the kitchen drawer.

There were two slides over 18 inches in the children’s play space.

There was a rusted area on the refrigerator that was accessible. A tall lamp shelf in the living room was not secured. Corners on the TV stand were protruding and not covered.

The Licensor observed shampoos in the bathroom that were accessible. The Licensor observed charger cords accessible in the small table in the dining room. The Licensor observed a slide inside the playroom. This slide needs to be placed in the outdoor play area. It is not made for indoor use.
In the kitchen, the oven knobs were accessible. In the living room area, an outlet was uncovered and two cords were loose. In the play area, the plastic kitchen was not secured posing a tipping hazard.
