The edge of the kitchen counter by the stove was in need of repair. Several of the kitchen drawer locks/handles were not working. The cabinet under the bathroom sink was not locked and there cleaning products accessible.
Provider added a firepit area to her outdoor area with small stones on ground that were accessible to children from the designated play area.
Upon the licensor's arrival there was one child resting in the port a crib in the basement unsupervised while the provider was upstairs with all of the other children. The child was brought upstairs upon licensor's request.
