All of the children's records were reviewed, two children did not have a completed enrollment packet, one child's enrollment packet was not fully completed and one child did not have their immunizations.
The emergency preparedness was not complete missing an alternate location.
Under the bathroom sink, there were several cleaning supplies accessible to the children. The educator locked the cabinet during the visit. On the kitchen counter, there were two stove plates plugged in and accessible. The educator unplugged them during the visit.
Two infants (9 month old and 10 month old) were observed to be sleeping in a pack and play. The pack and plays had toys inside of them and a blanket covering the outside of the playpen. These items were removed during the visit.

In the outdoor space, there were two slides and a toy riding horse which measured over 18 inches and did not have a fall zone.
Evacuation Logs
There were two heating radiators in licensed space observed to be rusted. On the stairs leading to the front exit there was a bottle of laundry detergent. In the bathroom on the sink there was a bottle of contact solution accessible.
In the outdoor space, there was no gate at the bottom of the stairs leading to the deck. There was a shovel accessible to the children, sitting water in some of the toys and a toy with a cord on it longer than six inches.
