There was no thermometer in the refrigerator.
It was observed that there was not sufficient variety of indoor play materials setup. There were no outdoor materials setup. The living room space needs to be setup for play activities.
Emergency preparedness plan has not been completed. Educator must submit parent handbook for review.
Educator did not have a first aid kit.
The television in the living room was not secured. There was a standing shelf in the kitchen that was easily moveable. In the playroom there was a toy shelf that was easily moveable.

Baseboard heater in bathroom and playroom had large openings, which need to be covered.
It was observed that there were two sections of the fencing that was not secured and the bottom section of the fence left a large opening that needs to be covered. The educator needs to add two sections of fencing that measures at least 4 feet tall to enclose the play area.
