All of the children's records were reviewed. One child did not have proof of lead testing.

The child care space was clean with toys in which the children were using. There was a gate at the step leading to the kitchen, there was enough space for play and learning. There was no visible chipping of peeling paint. There were no visible hazards in the outdoor space. There was a tipping hazard in the area of a play kitchen and book shelf.

Children’s progress reports were reviewed, two of the children’s progress reports were overdue.
Educator’s first aid was complete, her diapering station had two covers either disposable or able to be disinfected, the smoke detectors were tested and functioning. Educator had a bottle of children’s Tylenol accessible in the bathroom in which the children use.

The water temperature in the bathroom exceeded 120 degrees. Discussed the temperature must be below 120 degrees.
There is an outdoor kitchen in the back yard. There were hazards accessible to children in the cabinets and drawers of the outdoor kitchen (butane lighters, sharp grill scrapers, etc.)
This renewal - enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The Educator informed the Licensor that her (REDACTED) came to live with her in September - 2019. The Educator didn’t notify EEC regarding this new household member, as required.
