1. An over-the-counter medication (Zyrtec) was found to be expired as of 12/2025. 2. A second over-the-counter medication (Zyrtec chewable) was found to be expired as of 2/2026.
A child's medication consent form for a prescription medication (Inhaler) dated 5/16/2025 did not include written parental consent and was found to be outdated as of 5/16/2026.
