Hazardous materials (Disinfectant and Sanitizing solutions) were stored on a rolling cart, counter top and under a counter space, accessible to children present in the cafeteria.
Cleaning products were stored on a rolling cart which was accessible to children.
1. At the time of the visit, documentation of arrival time was documented for 6 children out of 7 children present. 2. At the time of the visit, the program was found to be operating over their license capacity by two additional children.

On the date of the visit, the Building Inspection reflected an expiration date of 8/27/2022. Fire Inspection dated 12/10/2019 and had expired on 12/10/2020.
At the time of the visit, three medications were expired. An {REDACTED} Medication had expired on 1/2021; two separate {REDACTED} medications had expired on 4/2021.

At the time of the visit, the school's cleaning products where stored within reach of children. Some cleaning products sat at the corner of the stairs of the stage. Additional products rested on a low window sill well within reach of children.
