Licensor observed the following indoor hazards: 1- two kitchen drawers, where she keeps sharp utensils, were not locked. 2- the closet door, where she keeps cleaning products, was not locked. 3- the tall shelf in the dining room was not secured to the wall. 4- two stand up lamps in the living room were not secured to the wall. 5- two stand up lamps in the playroom were not secured to the wall. 6- white toy shelf in the playroom as not secured to the wall. 7- the bottom metal frame in the patio was not protected.
