The licensor reviewed the first aid kit and observed the following: 1)The educator has seven children expired emergency cards.
The licensor observed the following indoor hazards: 1) The water temperature was 145*F at the time of the visit.
The licensor observed the following hazards: 1) One hanging cord coming from the middle light chandelier that was accessible to children. 2)Two wall mounted light lamps with cords hanging low and accessible to children.
1. Prescribed life-saving medication on site for one child was not in the box where it was originally dispensed at the pharmacy, with the label affixed.

The attendance records for the current week (4/28/25, 4/29/25 and 4/30/25) were not up to date at the time of the visit.
Licensor observed 2 swings installed under a porch and a single slide in the outdoor play space. The equipment no not have the required fall zone. The educator reported that the swings were already installed during the pre-licensing visit on 5/9/2024.
There is a small refrigerator at the lower level that the educator uses to store milk and snacks provided by parents. The refrigerator temperature reads 43 degrees F.
Licensor observed the large cubbie and an open shelf that were not secured to the wall.
