1. At the time of the visit, the arrival time of a child present in the classroom was not documented on the program’s daily attendance. 2. A staff member reported having thirteen children present, however, fourteen children were present in the classroom as per a headcount conducted at the time of the visit.

A review of two staff records reflected the following. 1. Documentation of an annual evaluation for FY 2022 was not available for review for two staff members hired on 9/8/2021. 2. Documentation of a minimum of 12 hours of Professional Development activities for FY 2022 were not available for review for a staff member.
A staff record reviewed did not contain documentation of first aid training for a staff member hired on 9/8/2021.
At the time of the visit, the room temperature in rooms occupied by children reflected 58 degrees.
This provisional license renewal visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
