At the time of the visit, diaper rash ointments (Desitin and Aquaphor) were stored on a shelf inside a restroom within the preschool classroom space, accessible to children.

One of the prescription medications was not stored in their original packaging as the lot number and expiration date noted on the packaging did not match the lot number and expiration date noted on the actual medication.
