During a tour of the bathrooms located in the building used for extended care it was found that the water temperature which was tested with a calibrated thermometer only reached eighty-five (85) degrees Fahrenheit at the sinks in the girls' and boys's bathrooms located on the main floor. In the boys' and girls' bathroom located upstairs in the same building the water temperature only reached eighty-three (83) degrees Farehneit. In addition the hands free sink in the girls' bathroom located upstairs was not working.
