The Licensee shall maintain a current list of the Licensee or Designee, Staff, and Volunteers, as applicable in BFIS. Any changes shall be reported through BFIS within five working days of the change.
There are three (3) staff who are present at the program and are not on the program's BFIS Associated Parties list but are on the Associated Parties list for other Essex Recreation and Parks programs and have full background clearances. There are seven (7) staff who are still on the program's BFIS Associated Parties list who no longer work at the program with end dates greater than five (5) working days from 12/17/2021.
