There shall be a safe outdoor play area with a minimum of seventy-five (75) square feet per child to provide opportunities for vigorous play and large muscle activity on the premises or within a safe walking distance of the CBCCPP approved by the Division.
A section of the fence near the gate, has an opening on the bottom measuring approximately 9 inches and is a safety hazard. Another section of the fence, near the corner of the playground, is missing the metal pieces on the bottom portion and is an entrapment hazard.
