A review of BFIS and proider statements show that professional development has not been completed. It was discussed the provider has a plan to complete all professional development for 7/2024-7/2025 and 7/2025-7/2026 between January and March 2026.

A review of BFIS and FCCP statements, found that annual professional development hours for the prior year had not been completed.
An infant was asleep in a pack and play on the second floor. The FCCP uses a camera to observe the infant while sleeping. While the camera does allow the FCCP to observe the infant it was discussed that the rule requires that the FCCP directly observe the infant every 15 minutes in person and they cannot only use a video system.
The FCCP said that evacuation drills are occurring but they are not documented.
The provider stated that evacuation drills haven't been practiced or recorded since the summer. Documentation showed that drills were documented in the Spring of 2023 only.
It was found that evacuation drills have not been recorded as required.
The bedding used by children in care was stacked up in a pile and touching.
An audit of children's files found that documentation of General Health Examinations was not on file as required.
The fire extinguisher accessible to the program bears an outdated tag with an inspection date of July 2020.
