A household member has not completed the fingerprint supported background clearance as required. The fingerprint authorization certificate was issued on 6/19/2019 and 7/27/2022. This violation was previously cited on 2/17/2022 and 2/10/2023. Further regulatory action may be taken should non-compliance continue.
