If the center chooses to retain duplicate physical copies of these records, these records shall be stored in a secure location for the privacy of the staff members. Immediate Action Plan: Fire inspection was conducted on 8/10.25, School was not provided with fire inspection report. The freezer in the kitchen does not have a working internal thermometer. Immediate Action Plan: Admin staff will buy a thermometer and put it in the freezer. Preventative Action Plan: Admin staff will create a refrigerator and freezer temperatures log for the cooks to record temperatures weekly. The garbage/refuse receptacle being used in the playground does not have a tight fitting lid. Immediate Action Plan: Admin staff will replace the trash can in the playground. Water coming from a faucet is above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The water temperature in the girl's bathroom is 117 degrees Fahrenheit. Immediate Action Plan: Admin staff will lower the water heater temperature. Admin staff will get a water temperature thermometer to check water temperature.
