Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: COVID-19 (1 out of 2.) 1. On 10/1/24, the Director will ask the Educator to register and complete the training. This will be complete by 11/17/24. 2. Effective immediately, the Director will work with the state of NM and the NMECA to advocate for the removal of this requirement since it was put in place in as a response to COVID-19, and COVID is no longer considered a national emergency. The current Health and Safety training covers all applicable topics. The Educator in question has completed her Health and Safety.

The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by hole in ceiling. (Bunny room's bathroom) Immediate action: On 05/10/2024, Director contacted maintenance personnel and requested to look at the ceiling tiles to repair them by 05/24/2024. The center does not have verification of an annual fire inspection from the fire authority having jurisdiction. Immediate action: On 5/10/24, the Director will contact the fire department to get a new inspection.
