Background record checks shall be completed in accordance with this section.
The licensing coordinator's review of the staff roster revealed that two staff members did not submit for a complete background record check before beginning employment at the program. The director confirmed that one staff member had a start date of December 2, 2025, and one had a start date of February 9th, 2026. Corrective action: Effective immediately these staff members are no longer permitted to work on premises and have a background check scheduled. In the future we will make sure that all staff members including under 18 years of age will have fingerprinting and background checks done prior to start date
