At the time of the visit, the following was observed: 1) One educator in the Terrific Two's classroom did not protect the changing surface with a covering that is of adequate size to prevent the child from coming in contact with the changing surface between diaper changes. 2) One educator in the Terrific Two's classroom did not wash their hands with liquid soap and running water using friction after diapering a child between diaper changes. 3) One educator did not use the two-step process to wash and sanitize the changing surface between usage.
During the visit, one educator in the Terrific Two's classroom did not wash their hands before handling food.

At the time of the visit, the Toddler Classroom Program did not maintain a staff-to-child ratio; when one educator left the classroom to bring a child to the restroom, leaving the other educator with six children.
This change of space visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
During the safety inspection, the following was found: The TK Classroom’s primary evacuation route was not clear of obstructions and hazards. Multiple objects were blocking the door.

At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: 1) In the Preschool Two classroom, an educator's purse was found in a lower unlocked cabinet within reach of the children.
During the medication review in the Preschool Two classroom, one child's medication had expired on 6/22.
