When observing the I/T classroom on the playground the Licensor noted they had their emergency backpack with medication hanging on the fence, accessible to children.
At the time of the visit the sanitizer in the Wee 2 classroom was labeled toys and tables, it was not labeled with its actual contents as required.

At the time of the visit the side playground had a blue & white cord that was longer than 6 inches sticking out of a blue pipe attached to the building.
When observing on the playground the Licensor noted 2 plastic Little Tykes play cubes with slides did not have the 6 feet use/fall zone completely surrounding them, they were too close to the fence.

Written emergency evacuation procedures were not posted by the Infant 2 classroom door that leads outside and the written and diagram of escape routes was missing from the main door that leads out to the lobby.

5 staff files were reviewed and the following was noted: 1. 1 file was missing evidence of a physical exam. 2. 1 file was missing an application/resume, annual evaluation and first aid training. 3. 1 file was missing an annual evaluation, physical exam and program orientation. 4. 1 file was missing evidence of immunity to MMR. 5. 3 files were missing evidence of the required number of professional development hours for 2023-2024.

Diapering and Toileting for children under 2.9
The Wee 2's classroom had a dramatic play kitchen set but did not have any dramatic play clothing, food, pots/pans, dishes etc... in the dramatic play area to foster play. A small table and chairs need to be added to the area so the children can effectively use it.
At the time of the visit the following was noted: 1. The Wee 2's classroom exceeded the maximum group size of 9 toddlers, they had 11 in attendance when the Licensor arrived. 2. Attendance was not accurate in the Infant 2 and Infant 3 classrooms, a total of 7 children were out on the playground the attendance stated there was 10, Educators stated 3 were inside with the other grouping.

3 children's files were reviewed, and evidence of progress reports was missing, the Director could not access them in their online system either.
3 staff files were reviewed, and the following was noted: 1. 1 file was missing a staff information form. 2. 1 file was missing an application/resume. 3. 2 files were missing the documentation of interview date. 4. 3 files were missing evidence of the verification of 2 verbal references. 5. 2 files were missing evidence of [REDACTED] 6. 2 files that the Director stated were Teacher qualified were missing evidence of Teacher qualification's (either an EEC certificate or evidence of education and work experience.) Both Educators were found in the TQ system and are qualified.
In the Wee 2's bathroom there was a sink strainer with toys, paint brushes and bibs air drying, the bathroom sink must be used for handwashing after diapering/toileting only.
When observing a diaper change in the Infant 2 classroom the following was noted: 1. The Educator took both hands off the child who was on an elevated diaper changing surface to put something underneath the cabinet of the changing table. 2. The Educator did not wash the child's hands prior to putting the child down on the floor after changing the child's diaper. 3. In the Wee 2's classroom an iced coffee, towel and attendance clipboard was found stored on top of the changing table surface.
