Indoor Space
During the safety inspection of the program, the following was found: 1) The baseboard in the TK Turtle Classroom was peeling and exposed drywall. 2) Chipping and peeling paint were found on the window seals and door frames. 3) The Black paint rack in the gym is not secured. 4) The Trash container in the Restroom did not have a cover.

At the time of the visit, the following were found: 1) Clorox disinfecting wipes were found within reach of children. 2) An Educator's prescription medication bottle was found within reach of children.
Indoor Space
At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: In the PK3 Classroom the Dramatic play equipment and a white shelf were not secured. 2) Chipping/ peeling paint was found in the PK3 and TK4 Classrooms. 3) Water damage and peeling paint was found on the ceiling in the TK4 Classroom.

During the program's IHCP review, the following was found: 1) One child’s IHCP did not have evidence of parental signatures. 2) One Child's Medication Consent Forms did not have evidence of parental signatures.
This change of space visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: 1) In the 4-year-old classroom, damage to the wall was found that exposed plaster creating a potential hazard for the children. 2) In the 4-year-old classroom, two educators' purses were found within reach of the children.

Three staff records were randomly selected for review, and the following was learned: 1) One staff did not have evidence of a current physical required by regulation.
At the time of the visit, the 4-Year-old classroom's second exit/evacuation route needed to be clear of obstructions. A dollhouse was found in the way of the classroom's emergency exit.
At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: TK Classroom paint was peeling and chipping off the chair rail in the reading nook.
3 staff records were randomly selected for review and the following was learned: 1) One staff did not have evidence of a current physical required by regulation. 2) Two staff's EEC PQ Registry were expired.
Medication
A child's medication was found in the office, not in its original container, and was not correctly labeled with their initial prescription.
