At the time of the visit there was no evidence that regular staff meetings of at least two hours per month are being conducted consistently.
At the time of the visit Program Director reported to EEC that emergency evacuation drills were not conducted in January, February, March and May of 2023.

At the time of the visit EEC observed teachers leaving classrooms to use the restroom leaving their classrooms out of ratio.
At the time of the visit one IHCP was expired and another IHCP was incomplete.
At the time of the visit EEC observed disinfecting wipes and teacher's personal belongings within reach of children.
At the time of the visit EEC observed the following: a) One medication listed on an IHCP was not available. b) Two emergency medications not in its original container with original label containing the name of the child affixed.
