1- Licensors observed that the TV cable in the playroom was not properly secured to the wall. 2- The ac cable and the wipe-warmer cable, in the infant /toddler room, were not secured to the wall. 3- The white cable cord outside the front door/entrance was not secured to the wall.

Licensor observed the following indoor hazards: 1- the baseboard heat in the bedroom and living room were missing the top cover/corner. 2- there were 3 outlet plates missing in the bedroom. 3- the dresser and shoe shelf in the bedroom were not secured to the wall. 4- there were cables/extension cord accessible in the bedroom. 5- the metal clothes rack in the bedroom was not secured to the wall. 6- Stove in the porch and barbecue grill in the backyard were not covered. 7- small plastic pool must be empty and clean. 8- there was debris/construction materials accessible in the exit route.
