At the time of the visit EEC reviewed five staff records and it reflected the following: a) One record contained insufficient evidence of teacher qualifications. b) One record contained an expired health physical. c) Four records contained no evidence of ongoing bi-monthly observations. d) Three records contained no evidence of annual evaluations. e) Two records did not contain a staff info form. f) One record did not contain documentation of interview notes or reference checks.

At the time of the visit there was no evidence that all staff members have a current first aid training certificate.
According to the fire drill log reviewed by EEC at the time of the visit, program is not conducting evacuation drills during different times of the program day.
At the time of the visit one Individual Health Care Plan was expired.
At the time of the visit EEC observed the following: a) Three expired Epi-Pens. Two medications expired in July 2023 and one medication expired in January 2024. b) One medication listed on a child's IHCP was not available for review.
At the time of the visit the use zones under and around the climbing structure lacked an adequate depth of an impact absorbing material.

1. A review of staff files show that 5 staff had physicals dated between 2016 and 2018. Regulations require physicals every 2 years. 2. One educator did not have documentation of an orientation and Professional Qualifications Registry.
One child's record showed their last physical in January 2021. Please obtain documentation of a new physical within the last year.
Children were observed using hand sanitizer rather than washing their hands prior to eating snack.
This renewal - monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
One child with [REDACTED]did not have written parental consent to administer.
The following hazards were accessible to children: pushpins, adult scissors, plastic bags/wraps, Clorox wipes, and wite out.
Evacuation procedures were not posted at secondary exits in two classrooms.
