Progress Reports
Tooth brushing
The licensor reviewed 4 for of the children progress reports. Two of the children progress reports were not complete.The progress reports were due: March 2023, and the next progress report is due: September of 2023. One of the progress report was due: December of 2022, and June of 2023. Two of the progress reports are complete.
Even though the educator keeps the toothbrushes individually covered and open to the air , the toothbrushes are not stored in a sanitary manner because the toothbrushes are together inside a closed plastic container.

The licensor reviwed 3 of the progress reports. The educator did not have the progress report for one of the children. The last progress report was done: 9/2021 For toddlers and preschoolers, the progress report must be prepared every six months.

Upon Licensor’s arrival, the educator was found alone caring for six children, including four children under {REDACTED}. Note: Regular assistant {REDACTED}, arrived a few minutes later to the program. The educator stated she allowed her to leave the program to buy lunch.
The educator did not ensure that the program was staffed by the appropriate numbers of persons with experience and/or education in providing education and care to children, when she was found alone caring for six children, including four children under {REDACTED} upon Licensor's arrival.

The educator did not take into consideration the number of educators, when she was found alone caring for six children, including four under {REDACTED} upon Licensor's arrival.
Licensor observed the educator was missing the following information: 1) "Lock down" Procedures
Licensor observed the following after the review of children’s progress reports: 1) six children were missing up to date progress reports. 2) a child was missing a completed progress report.
The educator did not exercise good judgment when allowing her assistant to leave the program to buy lunch, and stayed alone caring for six children, including four children under {REDACTED}.
