At the time of the visit the program did not have the rest materials and the children's belongings stored in a sanitary manner as it was not organized in sanitary manner.

The following was observed by EEC at the visit: (1) educator did not wash hands in between preparing lunch, toothbrushes, and touching attendance and (2) a child was coughing into their hands and touching equipment not being instructed to wash their hands.
Several of the Individual Health Care Plans did not have the following documentation: parent signature with the date, side effects, consequences, who is trained to administer the life-saving medication, and who trained the individual to administer the life-saving medication.

At the time of the visit most of the {REDACTED}, {REDACTED}, and {REDACTED} was expired and (1) {REDACTED} was not on site for a child with an Individual Health Care Plan.
The medication consent forms for the {REDACTED} and {REDACTED}did not have dates on the form to ensure the form was not expired as it must be renewed annually.
