A review of 2 IHCPs showed they were missing the required training information. One IHCP reviewed stated [REDACTED] as part of the action plan, however, the program did not have that medication on site.
A student had an inhaler on site without the required medication consent form.
Expired yogurt was observed being served to children. The program immediately stop serving it upon learning of the expiration date.
