Educator has an Emergency Preparedness Plan in the parent handbook. It includes all required areas. However, the alternate emergency meeting location (off the property) needs to be changed to somewhere closer as right now the location is approximately 30 minutes away.
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit, except for a thermometer.
For diapering, Educator has a changing pad. However, she needs to remove the cloth cover. Discussed proper diapering procedure, including using a disposable layer and disinfecting the changing pad after each use.
Licensor inspected all of the rooms that will be licensed and observed the following: ** LIVINGROOM **- no hazards. ** KITCHEN **- no hazards ** BATHROOM **- hazards in the cabinets under the sinks, hygiene products lower than 4 ft inside the bathtub ** UPPER LEVEL KITCHEN ** - 2 drawers to the right of the stove have hazards. ** UPPER DINING AREA ** - hutch has lighters and matches in both drawers.

There is 1 plastic slide in the side yard that is over 18 inches. This slide needs to either be removed or a fallzone needs to be added.
