The general permission section was not completed for one of the children's files.
We discussed to provide verification that the well water source has been inspected and approved by the local board of health, health department, or DEP approved private laboratory within the past year and that it meets Department of Environmental Protection Standards for drinking water.
We discussed to provide the depth of the playground mulch underneath the playground structure. The educator has a playground structure that is 23 inches in height, and the playground mulch needs to be 6 inches deep and 6 feet all around. She also has a blue plastic slide that is about 19 inches. We discussed that any equipment over 18 inches in height requires proper playground mulch. A copy of the Playground Safety Handbook will be sent by email to review.
We discussed to ensue that the hot water temperature is not more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit; currently about 135.

The educator has a plastic playground structure with two attached slides higher than 18 inches. We discussed to add more playground mulch that is at least 6 inches deep or reduce the height. A copy of the Outdoor Home Playground Safety Handbook will be sent by email for the educator to review.
