Reviewed unsigned toothbrushing waivers in many of the children's files. These waivers must be signed by the parents of the children.
The educator has not completed any trainings since receiving her license a year ago. The educator must complete and maintain proof (certificates) of 10 hours of professional development training per calendar year. At least one third of the required professional development must address diverse learners.
Educator has not been conducting and recording fire drills. Evacuation drills must be logged each month. Educator has a copy of the EEC evacuation log.

The educator must have physical/immunization documentation on file for each child. These medical records must also be updated annually.
