First Aid Kit (FCC)
Random review of four children's files. Educator has binders for each child. Educator has created her own enrollment packets based on EEC information. Two children require a signed Annual Update form because their enrollment forms were signed over a year ago. One child was missing a current physical/immunizations, and two children had no medical forms on file at all. Parents must submit documentation of a current physical to the educator every year.
First aid kit is mobile and located in a backpack. Discussed the kit being readily accessible to the educator and taking it outside with the children at all times. A folder is in the kit with emergency contact cards for the children that were out of date. This information must be updated every year or as needed.

Attendance Logs
Educator did not have an attendance sheet started for this week. Attendance is usually tracked on a weekly sheet with the daily arrival and departure times of the children. Attendance must be recorded daily and accurate at all times of the day.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Educator has a waterproof pad with a cloth cover over it. Pad must be sanitized and disinfected after each diaper change. Educator has disposable changing cloths to use as a layer between the child and pad.
