It was observed that hazards were present in the indoor space. The cubbies in the toddler room, the black shelf in the toddler bathroom, the tall white shelf and the dramatic play furniture in the preschool room are not installed and tippable.

It was observed that the stool used for handwashing in the preschool bathroom was not sturdy and tippable.
It was observed that the outdoor space did not have shade to protect children from heat and sun exposure.
It was learned that infants use the same outdoor space as the toddler and preschool children and that wood chips may be accessible to the infants and pose a choking hazard.
