There was not a file for [REDACTED[completed the Essentials 2.0 trainings in June 2025. Educator stated [REACTED] has completed them as well, but Ryan still needs to complete all 12. Educators in family child care working more than 10 hours per week must complete at least 10 hours of professional development per year. Educators in family childcare working more than 25 hours per year but less than 10 hours per week must complete at least 5 hours of professional development per year.

Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Observed the gate for a long flight of deck stairs not gated at the bottom when the children were playing outside in the driveway. These stairs must be gated whenever children under the age of 3 are present. Educator put the gate into place when mentioned by the licensor. Observed two long sticks with sharpened ends on top of a metal fire pit in the backyard. Fire pit was covered. Educator removed the sticks when mentioned by the licensor.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Stairway to the second floor was not gated at the bottom. Gate in place at the bottom of the lower level stairs and door at the top.
