At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCPs and the corresponding prescribed medication, Student C 's medication was not appropriately stored and did not have the prescription label. All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed. Over-the-counter medications must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.
At the time of the visit, in a review of the Yearling Classroom's (I/T) refrigerator, the thermometer for the refrigerator was missing. The licensee must provide refrigeration and storage for food at not less than 32 degrees F, nor more than 40 degrees F for all food requiring refrigeration. Meals and snacks provided by parents must be stored safely. Thermometers verifying temperatures must be maintained in all refrigerators.

Current consent for administered medications
At the time of the visit, within the Transitional (T/P) classroom, it was observed that one educator took three students to the bathroom, located outside of the classroom. One Assistant Teacher remained in the classroom, with five students. At the time of this observation, the Assistant teacher and the students were sitting and reading a story on the rug within the classroom. The licensee must maintain sufficient numbers of qualified staff to promote the health, safety, growth and development of each child. The program must have the number of educators necessary to: ensure adequate supervision of the group at all times.
At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCPs, the documentation was not fully complete. Student C had an EEC IHCP that did not have a doctor signature; the student was missing documentation of a doctor provided IHCP for their diagnosed health condition. The licensee must maintain as part of a child's record, an individual health care plan for each child with a chronic medical condition, which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care practitioner.
At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCPs and the corresponding Medication Consent documentation, the medication consent documentation was not fully complete. Student A and Student C were missing documentation of the dates and times the medication should be provided and the potential side effects of the medication.
This monitoring outside differential licensing cycle visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit, the play kitchen in the PreK 1 Classroom and the Toddler 1 Classroom were unsecure and tippable. The licensee must only use indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, furnishings, toys, and games that are sturdy, safely constructed and installed and non-tippable.
At the time of the visit, the Infant Classroom and the Infant/Toddler Classroom did not have evacuation routes and procedures posted. Next to each exit, emergency and evacuation procedures must be posted.

At the time of the visit, in a review of four educators files, the information was not fully complete. Three educators did not have current documentation of staff observations. All previous observations observed were completed in July 2024. One educator had an expired PQR.
This enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The following was observed and accessible to children: Yearling (Infant/Toddler) classroom - The play kitchen was not secured and tippable, and the changing table pad had a small rip. Preschool 1 classroom - the play kitchen was unsecured and tippable, and the garbage container in the bathroom was not covered.

The following were observed and accessible to children: Throughout the program, shelving and play kitchens were unsecured and tippable; TRANSITION PRESCHOOL - Next to the handwashing sink, there were cracked tiles along the wall; PRESCHOOL 2- The side of the play kitchen with the ironing board was cracked and may be an entrapment hazard.
It was observed that in TODDLER 2 and PREK classrooms, the allergy/diet/medical condition list was not posted in a manner that protects the privacy of each child.
The following were observed and accessible to children: TODDLER 1 - In the unlocked drawers of the changing table, there was an open box of gloves and a pair of large scissors. PRESCHOOL 1 BATHROOM - There was a toilet brush in the corner.
This renewal - full review visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit, within the Infant Classroom there were several bottles and food containers that were not labeled with the intended students name. Personal items intended for individual use by children must be labeled with the name of the child for whom they are intended.
At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCP documentation, the medication consent documentation used by the program was not complete. The documentation used for medication consent was missing dates for the medication to be given, times medication was to be given, reason for medication and directions for storage. One student's medication consent had the incorrect dosage amount, did not indicate if they had taken the medication before and did not indicate if the medication was a prescription.
