Current consent for administered medications
At the time of the visit, within the infant classroom, evacuation routes were posted, but emergency/ evacuation procedures were missing. Next to each exit, emergency and evacuation procedures must be posted.
At the time of the visit, in a review of two students IHCPs and the corresponding Medication Consent Documentation, the medication consent documentation was not fully complete. Student B was missing documentation on if they had previously taken the prescribed medication.

At the time of the visit, in a review of two staff files, the documentation was not fully complete. Both files were missing documentation of the date of the educators interviews. One file was missing documentation of two references and had an expired annual evaluation. The other file had documentation of one reference and was missing documentation of the second. The Program must maintain a personnel record for each staff member.
At the time of the visit, each exit had emergency routes posted but did not have the emergency procedures posted. Next to each exit, emergency and evacuation procedures must be posted.

In the Toddler Room two staff were assigned to supervise 8 children. One staff person was observed leaving the room to assist a child from the Preschool Room in the bathroom; resulting in one staff member with the Toddlers for approximately 2-3 minutes.
