A review of staff files found the following. Not all staff have PQ registry in their files. Not all staff have EEC essentials Not all staff has application and reference documents Not all staff have medical documentation on file.
All staff must have EEC Essentials 2.0 completed prior to working with the chidlren.
At the time of the visit not all children with chronic medical conditions had up to date medical and parental consent.
At the time of the visit one child’s [REDACTED] January 31, 2026. At the time of the visit one child’s [REDACTED] 05/2025 and did not have a current prescription label attached.
Not all children with ongoing medical conditions had current consents for medication.

This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Three staff did not have evidence of a current physical or[REDACTED]in their staff files. Staff files did not contain all of the EEC required information in the staff member's file.
A random review of children’s records found that not all children had all of the EEC required information.

At the time of the visit there was an assistant group leader alone for 1 hour with out a group leader in the building.
At the time of the visit there was an assistant group leader assigned to a group of children for over an hour without a group leader on the premises.
Open snacks must be stored in a clean cover container. At the time of the visit there were open graham crackers not in a covered container.
At the time of the visit there was a large sign on the ground in the area where the children would use behind the program.
No fire drills have been documented. Please ensure that fire drills are conducted and documented for each month.
