Please label the hand washing sink and food preparation sink in the infant room. Please post the sanitizing and disinfecting policy for the faucet and handle.
Outdoor gym mats were a tripping hazard in some areas. Please put a plan in writing how you will safely cross the children from the building across a busy parking lot. Walkway leading to the playground needs to be more defined and stones are a tripping hazard.

Staff records were not complete. Missing EEC Essentials, Immunity to[REDACTED]Physicals and documented references.
Book shelf in the preschool classroom was tippable and not secure. The bathroom door had locks accessible to the children. The railing leading out the door had 4 inch spaces between each slats in areas and under the railing had 4 inch spaces. Please submit a picture on how you have addressed this. Please put a thermometer in the infant refrigerator. Changing mat was not available in the preschool/toddler bathroom.
Peeling paint was observed on the side and rear of the exterior building.
Cribs observed were not evacuation cribs.Please submit a invoice for an evacuation crib or an alternative plan to evacuate infants.
