Licensor walked through licensed space and the following hazards were observed. There were cords accessible in the kitchen and plastic bags accessible in bathroom. Please ensure these hazards are removed and confirm once completed. Licensor walked through outdoor space (backyard) and the following hazards were observed: There was a grill that was uncovered. Please cover grill when not in use. Additionally, there was play equipment that exceeded 18 inches in height, therefore should be removed or a fall zone should be installed. There was also a water table filled with water. Please empty water table and ensure the contents are emptied daily to ensure there isn't excessive water available to children. Please upload pictures once completed.
