Licensor walked through all of the licensed space and observed the following hazards: ** Playroom - no hazards ** Kitchen - there are child safety tabs on almost all of the drawers, but many of them are not working properly and there are hazards inside ** Diningroom - no hazards ** Bathroom - no hazards ** Outside - no hazards

Diapering is done in the bathroom. Educator puts a towel down on the floor and uses a different towel for every diaper change. Educator reported that she does not wash child’s hands after diapering. Licensor discussed that this is a requirement per regulations.
