The large white shed on the playground has several areas of peeling paint. During the visit, the Director stated that they are working with the town to try and remove the structure. In the interim, the program must address how to not have the peeling paint from the shed accessible to children.
Upon a review of six Children's Records, the following was identified: -One child's record did not have an Individual health Care Plan that was signed by the parent.
Indoor Space
An (REDACTED) for a child attending the program had expired, as a result a current (REDACTED) was not available for a child who might need it in an emergency situation.

The following was observed and accessible to children: Classroom 1: - In the bathroom, the vinyl floor was peeling behind the toilet. Classroom 2:- A broom and dustpan was leaning against the wall. - In the bathroom behind the toilet was a plunger and toilet bowl brush. There was rust on the metal railings. - A air purifier and CD player were plugged into the wall with cords longer than 6 inches not secure. Classroom 3- An air purifier electrical cord longer than 6 inches was not secure.
Chipping and peeling paint was observed in the following areas: -On the shed in the outdoor play area. -On the baseboards in Classroom 1's bathroom.
This enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
