It was observed that throughout the program: -brooms and dustpans in the classrooms were easily accessible to children. -there were stained ceiling tiles in classrooms, hallway and gym. -In classroom 1 (Toddlers), there were plastic bags hanging with the nap materials accessible to children. -In classroom 2 (Toddlers), there was a hot glue gun and scissors in the drawers underneath the changing table unlocked and accessible to children. -In classroom 6 (Preschool), there was one children's water bottle missing a name label. -In classroom 7 (Infant/Toddler mix) and classroom 13 (Preschool), there is cracked floor tile at door to the playground. -In classroom 12 (Preschool), there was a personal staff purse accessible to children. -In the gym, there is a cracked or stained floor tile underneath the sink. -Also in the gym, the plastic kitchen set is not secured. -The heating and electrical closets in the hallway were unlocked with pipes and other storage materials accessible to children.
