In several classrooms, curved bookshelves were not secured to prevent tipping. In the Preschool 3 Classroom, there were two holes in the plaster along with peeling paint on the green wall.

During the visit, three staff files were reviewed. One file did not include a completed Program Orientation Form. One file did not include the required bi-monthly observations.
EEC was notified of a change in administrator. The licensee must provide prior notification, in writing, to the Department of any change of the person designated by the owner or the governing body as having responsibility for administration of the program.
In the Preschool 1 classroom, three children were not placed 2 feet apart while resting.
Furniture must be secured in several classrooms. A plastic bag was accessible to the children in the Toddler 2 bathroom. There is a leaking faucet in the Preschool 2 classroom.
